Michael L. Fuqua, a native Houstonian, focuses his practice on real estate, probate, estate planning, and property tax matters. He has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and the ownership and management of unimproved land, office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouse properties.

Mr. Fuqua also assists individuals and families with estate planning and probate matters, including the preparation of wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, and the representation of personal representatives, applicants, heirs, and beneficiaries in probate proceedings. In addition, he has extensive experience representing commercial property owners in property tax matters and related litigation.
